The place where I started my University Education.
I moved to the state capital of West Bengal, Kolkata, in 2018, to enroll for my Bachelor’s degree. Located on the eastern bank of the Hooghly River, regarded as the Cultural Capital of India. The city is one of the greatest tourist attraction because of the presence of numerous historic structures, culture and charm.
I was quite determined to study Physics (with astrophysics), so initially, I was admitted to Scottish Church College for BSc (Hons.) in Physics and then I transferred to Presidency University for the same undergraduate degree. I used to live in the suburban-outskirts of the city, Subhasgram. Usually, I used to travel by train to Sealdah and then walk around 10 mins to reach the iconic College Street, the address of my University. However, this did not went for long. Due to the pandemic of 2020 and lockdowns let to stay in home for a quite long time. At the end of harsh lockdowns, I moved back to Contai in November 2020.
In 2022, after everything became normal, I came back to continue my education from Presidency University. I completed my Masters with thesis under S.N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, Kolkata, working on exoplanet atmospheres.
